A perishable packaged goods food company with consistent growth and innovation located in Southeastern Wisconsin is looking for a marketing manager – new product development. The individual will be working with the vice president of marketing as a member of the food service and industrial core marketing teams. Will lead the development and execution of new products and capabilities for assigned core products to achieve the annual operating plan profit and volume objectives. The company is seeking someone with five years of marketing experience, some of which should be in a food service/ingredients business-to-business environment. Will need demonstrated effective project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of national restaurant groups or food ingredient customers is important to understanding trends, opportunities and competition.
