In conjunction with the Vice President Compensation & Benefits, this position develops, implements, and executes the compensation and benefits communications strategy and tactical plan. The primary role of the position is to increase HR, manager and employee understanding of Rockwell Automation’s Compensation & Benefits programs and how they relate to the global business strategy and to the company’s Human Resources strategy. The position will lead the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits communication for the U.S., and provide advice and counsel to the other regions. The position will interface with HR leadership, legal, communications and outside vendors.
