Johnson Financial Group is seeking an experienced Sales & Market Research Analyst. This individual will be responsible for utilizing internal and external data sources to provide actionable information to our sales associates to assist in the successful identification of potential clients, as well as supporting growth and retention efforts among existing client relationships.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of seven years of data management experience in a Sales/Research Analyst capacity within a multi-business line setting and a proven track record of innovation and success managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. The Sales & Market Research Analyst will be responsible for creating and utilizing key client satisfaction and loyalty measures to ensure that Johnson Bank maintains its competitive differentiation in each of its unique marketplaces.
