Bellin Health – Communications Specialist and Team Leader Guest Relations

Communications Specialist

Responsible for helping develop Bellin Health’s brands through public relations/marketing efforts, with special emphasis being placed on Bellin Health’s website as a communications tool by managing its content and Bellin’s web vendor. Needs to be an excellent writer, using a variety of mediums including the web, news releases, brochures and internal intranet articles. Other responsibilities include managing Bellin’s intranet editorial content, and assisting with media relations functions and special events. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field and three to five years of experience in a pubic relations/marketing setting, preferably with experience as a web content manager.

Team Leader Guest Relations

Responsible for developing Bellin Health’s guest relations function and the Guest Relations Team – Valet, Guest Relations Representatives, Parking Lot Attendants and Transport. Responsible for coordinating Bellin Health’s guest relations efforts within the total marketing and operational efforts of the system. Other responsibilities include signage, way finding, community events held at Bellin Health, tours and other community outreach efforts. Act as a change agent consistent with the Bellin Health System vision, mission, and strategies. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or hospitality and/or three years of demonstrated progressive job experience in guest relations.
