Veer offers unpaid summer employment with its award-winning in-house creative team. The successful applicant will spend two summer months at Veer headquarters in Calgary, Canada, a beautiful city on the edge of the Canadian Rockies. Veer provides airfare and accommodation. The student intern is responsible for food and entertainment.

Qualifications:
* You must be enrolled as a full-time student in your second or third year of an accredited graphic design program at a US or Canadian post-secondary institution.
* You must provide a transcript of grades and a letter of reference from an instructor.
* You must also submit a personal letter (250 words) describing your design experience, previous design education, reason for applying for the internship, and career goals.
* You must submit three samples of work, one accompanied by a detailed rationale and the other two by shorter rationales. Work samples will not be returned.
* Applicants residing in the United States must also meet the Student Work Abroad Program (SWAP) criteria. Details can be found on the SWAP site.
* Successful candidates must provide photographs of themselves and files of their work for use in marketing communications by Veer.
* Within one year of receiving the internship, you must submit a brief follow-up report describing your advancement in graphic design education.
