CKPR is seeking to hire at the senior account executive and account executive levels in its Milwaukee office. The following responsibilities and qualifications apply:
Senior Account Executive
·Develops effective, creative public relations plans that include measurable results and budgets
·Manages projects with the support of internal team members as well as integrated teams
·Offers solid writing and editing skills, as well as verbal communication
·Works under pressure with tight timeframes
·Illustrates strong leadership managing
·Coordinates the day-to-day agency efforts and participates in client management
·Excels in national media relations
·Manages on-site events while generating media exposure
·Four to six years minimum of public relations or related experience
Account Executive
·Executes public relations plans, tracks timelines and budgets
·Possesses strong writing and editing skills
·Effectively communicates with the media
·Gathers and disseminates primary and secondary research for program development
·Displays initiative and is self-motivated
·Two to four years minimum of public relations or related experience
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalent combination of education. Both business-to-business and consumer-related experience is applicable.
