The Social Development Commission is a well established non-profit organization dedicated to serving the comprehensive needs of low income residents of Milwaukee County. The agency utilizes a staff of 270 and works with a $40 million budget. The director of marketing and fund development directly reports to the CEO and serves on the Executive Team. Primary focus of the position is to manage the Marketing, Resource Development and Planning and Communications Departments. This person will lead the marketing and fund development efforts to ensure grant proposals are properly submitted and to coordinate the search for financial resources.
Qualified candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the City of Milwaukee. A bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing and resource development.
