Directions Incorporated – Account Manager and Account Services Assistant

Directions Inc., a full-service marketing, advertising and packaging design firm, is experiencing exciting growth through the addition of new business and expanding client needs. We are seeking highly motivated team members to aid in the growth and development of assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Account Manager

Serve as primary client contact for daily account operations including strategic planning; project coordination; proposal generation; relationship building; and business development. Ideal candidate will be degreed; possess three to five years of marketing communications and/or packaging graphics experience; excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills; and knowledge of creative and production process and available marketing communications mediums/media.

Account Services Assistant

Provide administrative support to include research and analyses; generation of project correspondence and reports; client file maintenance; and project coordination. Prefer college degree with understanding of marketing principles; knowledge of Microsoft products; and strong organizational and communication skills.
